Plant Tissue Testing
Plant tissue testing involves the testing of the internal structure of the plant, as opposed to sap testing where the sap ('blood') of the plant is being tested. The plant tissue testing is measured usually from the plant leaves/petioles.
The plant matter is usually dried and then the tests are conducted, giving you a full spectrum of the nutrients present in the plant, therefore providing clear indications of plant nutrient requirements so as you can obtain concise recommendations for maximising the potential on your nutritional program.
